現場の情報を整理し、理由・選択肢・注意点を伝えたうえで、相手と次の対応を確認する中級教材です。
状況に応じて、
説明を組み立てる。
中級では、短い受け答えから一歩進み、情報の整理・理由の説明・選択肢の提示・合意確認までを一つの会話として練習します。

一文ずつ暗記するのではなく、状況説明→理由→次の対応の順でつなげて声に出してください。
